We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Account Executive (OAE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers through outbound channels. You will become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their needs and pain points to deliver customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads and identify those with the highest potential for conversion.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of outbound sales strategies by working closely with Sales. Leader.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team and other departments.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven outbound sales experience in a B2B (business-to-business) environment, preferably a Saas based company.
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other Outbound sales tools e.g Sales Navigator.
