Sales Specialist

 

Description:

- Generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and social media. Timely replies to all queries are essential.

 

- Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints and sharing catalogues/deals

 

- Managing the sales process through specific software and maintaining CRM database. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Need daily updates.

 

- Creating invoices for all orders and organizing information in folders, software, excel sheets. Cross selling and up-selling products to increase purchase amount.

 

- Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from clients and updating software and keeping track of payments and ensuring orders don’t move forward without required payments.

 

- Co-ordinating with production team to ensure right order move forward and providing timely updates to clients.

 

- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets/goals and prepare reports

 

- Maintaining clients records, retargeting and maintaining relationships with old clients.

 

- Participating in sales team meetings.

 

- Book appointment with prospective clients and cold calls.
