Job Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:

  • Identify and cultivate prospective clients through various channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions to meet clients' business objectives.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our software products and services.
  • Address client queries and concerns to ensure a thorough understanding of offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist with 3-4 years in software sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with software development processes and solutions.
  • Understanding of current trends in the technology industry.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
