As a Sales Specialist at Reality One Group, your role is crucial in connecting buyers and sellers, assisting clients in finding their dream homes, and facilitating real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and network to build and maintain a client base.

2. Property Listings: Assist clients in listing and marketing their properties.

3. Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings with potential buyers and renters.

4. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.

5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.

6. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance.

7. Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.

9. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or relevant field.

- Proven experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

- A deep understanding of the local real estate market in Pakistan.

- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Pakistan.

- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
