Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, questions, and orders from customers.
  • Provide detailed information about our products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upsell or cross-sell where applicable.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for resolution.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales.
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to re-engage and drive sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Overcome objections and objections while providing solutions and information.
  • Build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products or services, staying informed about updates and changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements, including data protection and telemarketing regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Provide feedback on customer feedback, objections, and areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and our product/service offerings.
  • Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
