Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, questions, and orders from customers.
- Provide detailed information about our products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upsell or cross-sell where applicable.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for resolution.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to re-engage and drive sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs.
- Overcome objections and objections while providing solutions and information.
- Build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products or services, staying informed about updates and changes.
- Stay current with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements, including data protection and telemarketing regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Provide feedback on customer feedback, objections, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and our product/service offerings.
- Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
