We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively promoting our services to affluent clients, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with them, and closing new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of Overman Studios.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect affluent clients and luxury businesses, leveraging your existing networks and conducting targeted outreach efforts.

• Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and present tailored solutions that align with our services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition to affluent clients.

• Negotiate and close deals with affluent clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both Overman Studios and the client.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth within the affluent client segment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of the creative industry, including video production, photography, and digital marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with affluent clients.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
