Description:
Mutex Systems is looking for a Sales Specialist who is responsible for selling company products and services to potential and existing customers. They are expected to develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and create a sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals
- Generate leads through social media platforms primarily LinkedIn.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Continuously identify new sales opportunities and ways to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Respond to client queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by following up with clients after sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
