We are looking for a Sales Specialist / Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals. This position involves engaging with potential clients, addressing their needs, and converting leads into sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or meetings to close sales effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations, handle objections, and confidently negotiate deals.
- Follow-ups: Track and follow up with leads to maximize closing rates.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B, B2C, or high-ticket sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to persuade and close deals efficiently.
- Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and sales tools.
