Description:

We are a growing software development company seeking a highly motivated Business Developer & Upwork Bidder to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new business leads, making good proposals, and getting projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Craft persuasive proposals, quotes, and project documentation for clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project acquisition.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate understanding and execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and Upwork bidding.

Proven success in securing projects on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CMS website development and mobile application technologies.
