Description:
As a Sales Specialist at Druglift, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies and other businesses across USA. Your primary focus will be to explain and sell our software solutions and additional services, including our delivery service. This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales role that requires a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to pharmacies and healthcare businesses.
• Present and demonstrate our software solutions, explaining their benefits and value for pharmacy operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
• Follow up with leads and manage a pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
• Strong communication skills with an excellent English accent.
• Ability to explain technical software solutions in a simple and convincing manner.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in the pharmacy industry is a plus but not required.
