Sales Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, sales, customer support, and training. The Telesales Specialist must be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, adept at problem resolution, and proactive in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Western Accent of English
• Having B2B Experience of Sales is Huge Plus Point
• Experience in the manufacturing industry of Leather/Gloves is a Plus Point (PPE)
• Should have Customer service and communication experience
• Should have Sales and customer support experience
• Must have Excellent verbal and written (Email) communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and also in a virtual office environment
