Sales Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Nine Keys in Islamabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, offering training to staff, and managing sales processes to meet targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing feedback for strategic planning.
