Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
4. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing feedback for strategic planning.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate industry).
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
