We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at Nexarce's Karachi Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales on various freelancing platforms, including Upwork, Guru, Bark, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should be experienced in cold emailing and proficient with lead generation tools like Apollo and Instantly. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients on freelancing platforms through cold emailing and networking.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on Upwork, Guru, Bark, Fiverr, and other relevant freelancing platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communication: Utilize excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with potential clients and handle calls when needed.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each platform to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Skills:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, Bark, and Fiverr.
- Lead Generation: Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo and Instantly.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; the ability to handle calls in English is a plus.
- Sales Techniques: Excellent understanding of cold emailing and other sales techniques.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
