Liberty Liens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to doctors, nurse practitioners, clinics, and hospitals, introducing our services, setting up interviews, and successfully closing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients, including doctors, nurse practitioners, clinics, and hospitals, to introduce Liberty Liens' services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to build relationships and gather information about potential client needs.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews between potential clients and our team.
- Sales Closure: Effectively present and communicate the value of our services, addressing any client concerns and working towards closing deals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in the healthcare sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
