Description:

MB Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with expertise across multiple industries, including Creative Hive, USA & Canada Accounts Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, and Software Sales. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the Creative Hive USA & Canada account portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in insurance, real estate, and software sectors.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals to close sales.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions according to client needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in USA & Canada Accounts Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, and Software Sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong market research and performance assessment skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools & sales tracking systems.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
