Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding A+ A and B category restaurants onto our food delivery platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a deep understanding of the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential A+ A and B category restaurants for onboarding.
- Conduct in-person meetings with restaurant owners and managers to present ForunPoint's services and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Assist new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Provide training and support to restaurant staff on using the ForunPoint system.
- Gather feedback from partners and relay it to the internal team for continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Lahore to meet potential partners.
