Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at TopTech in Rawalpindi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including lead generation, cold calling, developing client relationships, and closing deals. They will work closely with the marketing and sales team to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sales Techniques: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues.
