Sales Representative

 

Description:

This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at making outbound sales calls, with a proven track record. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving our outbound sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our software.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Keep detailed records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with outbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a remote work environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
