Sales Representative

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller | Sales Representative | Live Transfer Agent at Hiqua Communications. The Cold Caller | Sales Representative | Live Transfer Agent will be responsible for outbound calling and generating leads. The role includes providing accurate information to potential customers and persuading them to purchase our products and services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Flexibility to handle changes and adapt to different situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or a related field
• People with lower education standard but with the right motivation and english fluency can apply
