We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team! This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to grow in the sales field. The Sales Representative will focus on prospect research, cold outreach, field engagement, and CRM management. Key responsibilities include:

• Prospect Research & Data Analysis: Build a targeted list of high-potential leads using import logs, industry directories, and CRM reports.

• Cold Outreach & Meeting Scheduling: Execute cold calls and personalized emails, aiming to convert cold contacts into scheduled meetings.

• Field Engagement & Sample Demonstrations: Conduct on-site visits, deliver product samples, and gather customer feedback.

• CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate daily reports for tracking KPIs.

• Next-Day Field Planning: Prepare for the following day's field visits, including mapping territories, confirming appointments, and preparing documents.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse industrial clients.

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, mapping tools, and MS Office.

• Organizational Skills: Strong planning and time-management abilities.

• Self-Motivation & Adaptability: Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment.
