Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on sales leads for real estate projects.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the property purchasing process.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed information about the projects.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the real estate industry.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property expos to promote GFS projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and deals.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their property needs.
✔️ Sharp, proactive, and target-driven individuals.
✔️ Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
✔️ Familiarity with the Karachi real estate market is a plus.
