We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Outreach Coordinator to join our sales team. The Sales Outreach Coordinator is a dual-role position that combines the responsibilities of generating leads through strategic outreach and driving brand awareness through digital marketing. This role involves researching and engaging potential clients, managing digital marketing campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to enhance the company’s online presence and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from various sources.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve processes.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role (Freshers Can Also Apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
