Sales Operations Specialist

Description:

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be key in assisting the Team Lead Sales in the sales process, demonstrating our products to customers, and coordinating meetings and payments with clients. You will also be responsible for preparing technical proposals and contracts based on client meetings and Team Lead instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the team lead sales team in executing the sales process effectively.

- Demo our software products to potential customers, showcasing their value and features.

- Coordinate meetings and payment processes with clients, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.

- Prepare detailed technical proposals and contracts, aligning them with client requirements and Team Lead directives.

- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to take initiative.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- BBA or MBA in Marketing.

- Field Sales experience is a plus.

- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
