We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in proposal writing, online bidding, lead generation, B2B marketing, strategic planning, revenue and profit growth, business strategy development, SAAS sales, software sales, Upwork profile optimization, cold emailing, technical proficiency, basic client communication, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Craft compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Execute online bidding (Upwork/fiver/freeup ) strategies to win projects on various platforms.

Generate leads through targeted outreach and networking efforts.

Drive B2B marketing initiatives to expand our client base.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Drive revenue and profit growth through innovative strategies.

Act as a business strategist, identifying and capitalizing on market trends and opportunities.

Lead SAAS and software sales efforts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Optimize Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and attract clients.

You can execute effective cold emailing campaigns to engage prospects and generate leads if you don't mind.

Demonstrate technical proficiency to communicate product features and benefits effectively.

Maintain basic client communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensure strong verbal and written communication across all channels.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in proposal writing, online bidding, and lead generation.

Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and strategic planning.

Track record of driving revenue and profit growth in previous roles.

Experience in SAAS and software sales is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Upwork profile optimization and cold emailing techniques.

Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate product details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to rephrase and check grammar for clarity and professionalism.
