Responsibilities
- Deal with walk-in customers, handle incoming sales inquiries
- Oversee dealer on-boarding and sales operations.
- Establish rapport and maintain relationships with ESCO-authorized dealers.
- Ensure best customer experience in pre-sales and after-sales to assigned accounts
- Complete client follow-up from quotations to receivables recovery, follow-up of outstanding payments
- Obtain after-sales feedback/follow-up from assigned accounts and maintain a rapport that will result in continual referrals.
- Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
- Answer questions customers may have about our system and services.
- Attend in-house and principal-arranged trainings to remain updated on new product features and comparisons for market placement
