Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing client.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Islamabad, particularly Gulberg Greens, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
