Zephyrus (Private) Limited, a newly established dispatching company in I-10 Markaz, Islamabad, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Agent to drive business growth by acquiring trucking clients, building long-term partnerships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to attract trucking companies and owner-operators.
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients (truckers, carriers, brokers, and shippers).
✔ Relationship Building: Maintain strong business partnerships for long-term growth.
✔ Service Promotion: Market dispatching services via cold calls, emails, and social media.
✔ Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
✔ Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience:

• Proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in logistics, transportation, or dispatching).

✔ Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.

• Knowledge of load boards, freight rates, and dispatching services is a plus.

• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
