📈 Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue targets

📊 Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize revenue

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industries
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals
Leadership & Communication: Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
Sales Performance Management: Ability to analyze sales data and optimize revenue generation strategies
