We are a leading chemical manufacturing company specializing in high-quality surfactants like LABA (Linear Alkylbenzene Alkylate) and SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate). We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our corporate and institutional sales efforts in Karachi, focusing on LABA and SLES products.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for LABA and SLES products.
🔹 Oversee sales operations in Karachi, ensuring strong performance and team motivation.
🔹 Build long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients, offering customized solutions.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of B2B sales management experience (preferably in the chemical industry).
✔️ Strong knowledge of LABA, SLES, and surfactant products.
✔️ Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business or related field.
