Description:

Nextech Packages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and driven Sales Managers to lead our B2B sales operations and drive growth in the printing and packaging sector. The role focuses on serving key regions, including Rice Mill areas in Sialkot, Lahore, Karachi, and Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential customers based on business and credit profiles.
• Ensure timely generation of purchase orders aligned with customer evaluation forms.
• Manage on-time recoveries while building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Address customer requirements, including supplies, complaints, designs, and new business development opportunities.
• Recommend and implement innovative marketing tools to boost sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the printing and packaging industry.
