We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager-Tractor with 10+ years of experience in the local market. The candidate should have established and successfully managed a dealership, possessing strong market insights and a deep understanding of tractor products. The role requires a self-driven, target-oriented professional with the ability to achieve sales objectives and foster dealership growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the dealership for tractor sales and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

 

Qualifications:
