Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team at Torque360 (SaaS-based). This role is pivotal in leading our inbound and outbound sales efforts, setting the standards, and driving performance to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will be adept in outbound sales and have proven experience developing and executing strategies that exceed targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inbound and outbound sales representatives to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

 

Sales & Product Training:

Develop and implement training programs to keep the team updated on the latest product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends.

 

Sales Targets:

Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on outbound lead generation and conversion.

 

Outbound Sales Strategy:

To drive new business, utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing strategies.

 

SaaS & CRM Expertise:

Leverage the current tech stack, including CRM software and sales tools, to optimize pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales efficiency.

 

Client Engagement:

Participate in Account Executive demos and handle escalations to support closing deals and customer retention.

 

Reporting & Funnel Management:

Provide detailed reporting on the sales pipeline, managing the full funnel from lead generation to conversion. Liaise between marketing (supply side) and customer success (demand side) to ensure alignment on lead conversion and churn reduction metrics.

 

Growth Metrics:

Through outbound efforts, drive 15% to 25% quarterly growth, ensuring a consistent sales yield and efficiency increase.

 

Requirements:

Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. should have manager experience.

 

Sales Techniques: Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, cold calling, and closing strategies.

 

CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.

 

Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze data and report on sales performance, including the full sales funnel.

 

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle escalations and lead demos effectively.

 

Adaptable & Strategic: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies to achieve sales goals.
