Description:
Qualification:
Masters in Business Administration with majors in marketing and sales, or Masters in Computer Sciences.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the IT & Telecom industry with a focus on either FTTH or carrier solution sales (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) is mandatory.
- Experience in business development and account management is desirable.
Required Skills:
Presentation and Communication skills, well conversant in Computer applications such as MS Office, analytical and negotiation skills, self-starter, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assign targets to FTTH and Carrier Solution Sales teams and motivate them to achieve assigned targets by providing on-job grooming and training; timely resolution of functional and administrative issues; and providing them adequate resources to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in new business development/Tenders/RFPs etc for enhancement of the WTL corporate image and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to improve sales of services being rendered by the company and effective implementation of the business strategy.
- Develop sales targets aligned with WTL’s overall business objectives and disseminate targets to the sales staff.
- Facilitate the teams in closing business deals for the timely achievement of sales targets.
- Provide guidance to the team for securing new corporate accounts and to upgrade the existing accounts based on healthy and mutually beneficial business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Suggest and provide generic and customized solutions to teams for subsequent offerings to the customers as per their requirements.
- Facilitate all clients' communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
- Builds teams' relationships with clients to encourage new and repeated business opportunities
- Liaison with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Facilitate regular two-way communication between the client and team in order to strengthen team representation and to effectively address the client's expectations.
