Rewton Logistics is a fast-growing truck dispatching company dedicated to providing exceptional logistics solutions to our clients. We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead our sales team, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in US Truck Dispatching Industry, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales management experience in the logistics or transportation industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of truck dispatching operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Knowledge of the US trucking industry and regulatory environment
