Sales Manager

Description:

We seek a dynamic Sales Manager for our C&I division with 3-4 years of C&I sales experience, preferably in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven sales record.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Conduct market research and present proposals.

Collaborate with the technical team for project execution.

Monitor and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, MBA, or both.

3-4 years of C&I sales experience, ideally in solar.

Proven sales success and excellent communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as needed.
