Sales Manager

Syntax Resources (An HR Consulting & Recruitment Firm) is looking for Sales and Customer Services Manager for its office in Lahore. Our client is a well know China Based company, hardhearted in Changsha, Hunan, China and has products in more than 80 counties"

Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.

- Build strong relationships with customers and address inquiries promptly.

- Conduct tailored demonstrations to effectively present our products.

- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals according to company policies.

- Set and work towards achieving sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitor activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and enhance customer experience.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.

- Continuously develop sales skills and knowledge through training and self-improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales is required.

- The candidate must have his/her own vehicle, and the company will provide allowances.

- An engineering degree in a relevant field and an MBA in marketing are preferred. candidates from LUMS, IBA, LSE will be given preferrence as per our client requirements.
