Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the renewable energy sector.

 

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure the achievement of sales goals.

 

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, conducting market research to identify new opportunities.

 

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

 

Product Knowledge:

Possess a deep understanding of our renewable energy products and services, providing expert guidance to customers.

 

Sales Presentations & Arranging Customer’s Conferences:

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions.

 

Sales Forecasting:

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
