• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenuetargets.
• Hiring and managing a team of enthusiastic professionals.
• Evaluating team performance and productivity.
• Leading the entire team to reach the targeted revenue andperformance goals.
• Assisting in training sales personnel to develop their sales skills.
• Supervising sales activities and conducting monthly performanceappraisals.
• Developing goals for the team and business growth, ensuring they aremet.
  
   

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you need to have:
 

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience working in the Forexindustry.
• Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
• Basic knowledge of local labor laws.
