Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and target market. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting sales, and analyzing market trends.
2. Lead and manage a sales team, including setting performance targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors. Understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Possess a deep understanding of the fashion products being sold. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, materials, and design concepts.
5. Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that sales activities are carried out within allocated funds.
6. Generate regular sales reports and analyses to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management.
7. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, design, and production to ensure a cohesive approach to product development, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
8. Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and handle any challenges that arise in the sales process.
9. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set goals, and drive performance.
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
11. Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
12. Effective at identifying issues and finding solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
