Description:
Check the targets and performance of the team leads assigned to you.
Solve disputes within the room.
Train Team leads for the maximum revenue generation.
Evaluate Team leads and their performance and send it to management and HR.
Act as a bridge between the Sales team and the Project management team.
Ensure the projects received are SFW according to the company’s guidelines.
Bring new sales ideas, explore new platforms, and suggest ideas for up sales.
Discuss issues with the Team Lead and improve the performance of the team.
Guide team members on how to close a client.
Up sale – Offer clients other services when the project they hired for is completed. (e.g. if a client hired us for a logo design, offer them to do their streaming screens, banners, panels, and other gaming-related tools and, offer them a website revamp, branding design, SEO, PPC, SMM, and content writing.)
Prepare a sales report for the room and present it to the upper management.
Compile new sales methods and pitch them to the upper management.
