Description:
1) Achieving agreed sales volume, value, margin, distribution and profit targets
2) Creating and enhancing partnerships with current and potential distributors
3) Positioning the brand in- market as per agreed internal guidelines - in collaboration with retailers and distributors
4) Managing a team of sales staff and infrastructure ( potentially Vans) in terms of day to day operations
5) Developing and implementing the right sales support mix ( promotions, pricing, product focus, merchandising, Must stock list, plannograms)
6) Conduct competition benchmarking and propose actions which would make company's brands constantly competitive.
7) Understand the needs of different players in the FMCG food industry and develop a sustainable “private label“ vertical for the company
