Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales associates to effectively meet sales goals
  • Fully lead and execute the process of establishing partnerships with academic institutions
  • Identify and manage leads through various sources such as social media, cold calling, stalls and other on-ground activations
  • Identify, setup and implement an appropriate lead management software to optimally track and reach out to potential leads
  • Take leadership of the creation and implementation of sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Play an active role in sales/growth driven initiatives and coordinate with team members to drive them to execution
  • Make calls to potential customers to build relationships and generate interest in our exam prep courses
  • Any other Ad-hoc tasks & documentation critical to the business

 

Skills & Specifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, tele-sales or CRM role is required
  • Experience with B2B sales and forming partnerships will be a plus
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of setting up & working with CRM tools would be a huge plus
  • A passion to take Ed-tech to the moon
