Faremakers Travel Channel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about travel and looking to develop their skills in sales and customer service within the travel industry. The internship will provide hands-on experience in assisting clients, promoting travel packages, and handling travel-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in promoting and selling travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person, providing accurate information about travel options and services.
• Support the preparation of travel quotes and booking confirmations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and offers to better serve client needs.
• Maintain and update customer records and assist in generating sales reports.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Graduation is compulsory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
