Sales Intern

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our team on a commission basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand environment. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, sending emails, and crafting messages to convert prospects into customers. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in sales and business development within the e-commerce industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using various online resources and tools.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone calls to introduce Kalos products and services.
  • Emails: Create and send targeted email campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversions.
  • Message Crafting: Develop persuasive and compelling messages to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Follow-up: Maintain follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Sales: A strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in a D2C environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
