Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach efforts.
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls and emails to reach out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team during the entire sales process, including creating proposals, presentations, and sales collaterals.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers in a courteous and professional manner, answering their queries and providing basic product information.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to gain insights that can enhance sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Learning: Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (if applicable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about sales and business development.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
