Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the international market.
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients, providing detailed information about our recruitment services.
- Present and promote staffing and recruiting solutions to both outbound and inbound leads.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and contacts.
- Follow up with leads obtained through various channels.
- Negotiate contract terms and fees with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client queries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate qualifications.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales and placement targets consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitive strategies.
- Understand and explain different employment types (C2C, W2, 1099) to clients.
- Check and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Utilize LinkedIn and various job portals for business development and networking.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and manage communication with potential clients.
- Assist in identifying and applying for job openings related to client staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (compulsory), with a degree in "Computer Science" preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (compulsory).
- Previous experience in outbound and inbound sales or telemarketing, particularly in international recruitment (preferable).
- Familiarity with recruitment industry trends and terminology is highly advantageous.
- Experience with IT roles and hiring processes is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to achieving sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM systems for client outreach and recruitment.
