Description:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and messages to generate leads for immigration consultancy services.
- Follow up on leads and effectively convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process including in-person meetings with the customers.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell services to meet clients' needs and exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively prospect leads through various channels, including but not limited to chats, calls, and social media queries.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full sales life cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Craft compelling sales emails and pitches tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
Skills Required:
- Graduation Degree
- Presentable appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu languages
- Ability to think on your feet, with strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with the clients
- Experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals is preferred
- Well-planned and organized, emotionally intelligent, consistent, and effective in prospecting
