Role Overview:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Understand clients' needs and offer tailored real estate solutions to potential buyers.
- Present, promote and sell properties using persuasive sales techniques.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in real estate sales
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
