We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, providing information about our projects, and motivating them to invest in the future of Pakistan's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Contact leads generated through our paid social media marketing efforts.
Client Communication: Establish a strong rapport with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Provide comprehensive information about our real estate projects and marketing details.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our off-plan properties to potential buyers.
Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed daily KPIs by making a minimum of 90 calls per day.
Project Site Visits: Encourage and facilitate client visits to project sites when possible.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales closers and negotiators to facilitate the sales process.
Marketing Support: Leverage the support of our in-house social and digital media department for effective lead generation and marketing.
Company Resources: Utilize the provided company mobile phone, SIM card, and accommodation (if required).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
